Neon Cortex is designed to build cybersecurity awareness for children aged 9–12. Our application does not use any network permissions (No `INTERNET` permission), and absolutely does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or telemetry.
At LOKUP, we prioritize digital privacy and child safety. Neon Cortex operates under strict zero-data collection principles:
All game progress, scores, earned stars, unlocked knowledge cards, and theme preferences are stored strictly on your device's local storage (`SharedPreferences`).
This data never leaves your device and is permanently cleared if you uninstall the application. Parents or users can also reset all progress data from the Profile screen at any time.
To help parents and educators track learning progress, the app features a local dashboard. Access to this dashboard is protected by a math-based Parent Gate to prevent accidental modifications by children.
Neon Cortex strictly complies with Google Play's Designed for Families Policy, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K):
The app does not request or use any sensitive system permissions (such as Internet, Location, Contacts, Camera, Microphone, or SMS).
If any updates are made to this policy, they will be posted on this page. Because our application is 100% offline and collects zero data, our core privacy commitment will remain unchanged.
